Benefix is extremely efficient. It has reduced hours that employees otherwise have to spend on tasks that without those efficiencies we wouldn’t be able to be the brokerage firm that we are today. Aside from simple quoting and a one stop shop, there is also a really nice feature where you can click on the link within your spreadsheet and it pulls the rate card. And it also pulls the benefit grid. All the girls in my unit rave about the fact that they have a lot more time to work with their clients. And with Benefix, the tech level that's given us to be able to do our jobs has been nothing but unbeatable.
