Lauren is one of the nicest people you will ever meet; her personality is a mix of sincere kindness and abundant optimism. She commands our customer experience department with unparalleled diligence and conviction. When she’s not helping make our customers as happy as can be, she can found watching 80's movies, crashing a Bruce Springsteen concert, and NOT putting baby in a corner. Lauren also enjoys going on adventures with her husband, Jon, her daughter, Winnie, and her golden retriever, Marty McFly.

What I love about Benefix: I love waking up every day excited to go to work. How many people get to say that? It’s so cool to be part of something where you can see your hard work propelling the company forward. As far as our team, I can’t believe I get to work with these incredibly talented people that I also get to call friends.
