When Usha is not testing enrollment forms at Benefix, you can find her rock climbing(and falling), watching bad reality tv, cooking, or playing with her super-energetic Australian Cattle-Shepherd, Chip.Usha graduated from Caldwell University with degrees in Healthcare Administration and Computer Information Systems. With her newfound passions in process improvement and quality assurance, she loves collaborating with different teams at Benefix(which opens up new opportunities for banter).

What I love about Benefix:  The entire team shares the Benefix mission, vision, and culture which makes coming to work everyday exciting. I get to learn something new every day. Also, we have a lot of fun!
